We follow the shipping address in your INVOICE not Paypal. *We offer Worldwide Shipping - Countries List in our shipping zone. *All items are made to order, please allow 7 working days to complete and shipped. (upon payment cleared) * SHIPPING METHOD : All shipping services will be handled by POS Malaysia. (Please let us know if you preferred to use other services. We need to re quote on the shipping charges) Tracking of shipment is available on all shipment. International Order will be shipped via Registered Small Parcel , 7-14 working days from Shipment date. (except Israel, Russia, PO Box and APO Address). * Malaysia Order will be shipped via ( 1- 2 working days to arrive) *your telephone numbers(required for courier delivery) * All Package need to be signed upon delivery * WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY EXCEPTION, ONCE THE PACKAGE BEEN RETURNED, WE, SHIPPER WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNING COST, ROUGHLY USD45.00. THEREFORE, PLEASE PROVIDE CONTACT NUMBER TO AVOID SHIPMENT DELAY OR DELIVERY EXCEPTION. *Some countries address are not deliverable with Express ,EMS or Pos Malaysia. Example like Turmenistan, Israel, Russia or PO box, APO and FPO address. But we can still deliver to the address above using Global Mail service / Registered Air Mail. CUSTOMS DUTY / TAXES / CUSTOMS CHARGES The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Customs fees and local taxes are out of my control - especially with Canadian and European orders!

If you are not satisfy with the our product we have send, you may contact us and get fully refund (the price of the item) within 5 days. Before returning, pls contact us for the returning address, we can't refund you or exchange if the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address. Buyer need to bear the shipping costs (including forward and return shipping cost). Please send your returning item with registered mail to avoid unhappy situation.
